A vintage sapphire and diamond engagement ring, set to centre a round-cut 0.72 carat vibrant blue sapphire that is claw-set in yellow gold. A cluster of six 0.08 carat round-cut diamonds frame the top and bottom of the sapphire while two larger 0.18 carat diamonds are set on either side to flank the sapphire. A unique twist on a classic engagement ring style. Tested 14ct yellow gold, circa 1950.
